What is covered?

All products purchased from either eltgreenroofs.com or eltlivingwalls.com are covered by our Return Policy.

Your returned product is eligible for a refund for 30 days after your order or ship date if the product is unused. After 30 days, please e-mail us for further assistance. In order to return product you must have an RGA number.(see how to return below)

What if you receive a damaged shipment?

The best method of returning packages that appear to have been damaged during shipment is to simply refuse delivery from the carrier. The carrier will bring these back to our warehouse and as soon as we receive them we will contact you to discuss whether you want a replacement or a credit. If you choose a credit we will send you an e-mail to acknowledge processing of the credit providing you have registered your e-mail address with us.

What is Not Covered?

Products purchased at stores other than eltgreenroofs.com or eltlivingwalls.com are not considered ELT Easy Green Retail Returns.

How to Return:

In order to return product you must contact customerservice@elteasygreen.com with your original order information to obtain a return authorization number (RGA number). This RGA return number must appear on the outside of your package when you ship it back to us. Any returns received without an RGA number will be refused at our receiving docks. You may also call in to receive an RGA number 1-866-306-7773.

Conditions:

All products require a Return Authorization Number. All refunds are based on actual purchase price less any promotions and rebate amounts. Refunds will be given only for products that are received in new condition and complete with all packing material, manuals and accessories in their original carton. You are responsible for return shipping charges unless you have refused delivery. Restocking and return shortage fees may apply to product returns. All return fees are applied as a reduction to the refund amount. The terms and conditions of the ELT Easy Green returns policy are subject to change without notice.
